Circumcision on boys/men for religious/cultural reasons

At Health Screen Plus, our highly experienced doctors are registered with the Healthcare Commission to perform male circumcision under local anaesthetic. This is a very common procedure, in 2008 we successfully undertook .... circumcisions, with the surgery taking place at our Bath Road clinic.

Removal of lumps/bumps/skin tags is not normally freely available on the NHS where there has been an assessment that there is no risk to your health. Our experienced qualified doctors can undertake these procedures under local anaesthetic (you remain awake) in our Minor Surgery Unit at the Bath Road Clinic.

Split Earlobe Repair

After years of heavy ear-ring use, the holes in ear piercings stretch and occasionally result in a tear of the earlobe. Repairing this is a short procedure under local anaesthetic but needs to be performed properly so that healing does not occur with an indentation.

Vasectomy

Once you have made the decision to have a vasectomy, waiting for treatment can be both frustrating and stressful. At Health Care Plus, our experienced doctors undertake the procedure at the Bath Road Clinic, with the whole process taking about one hour.

At the initial consultation, the treatment will be discussed including both pre- and post-operative care. An appointment for the procedure can normally be made within one week.

A follow-up consultation will then be arranged to undertake a sperm test to confirm the vasectomy was fully effective.
